Ms. Knapp has over eighteen years of dispute resolution experience in employment, discrimination, family, divorce and public/government matters. She is a certified mediator with the EEO Commission, Seattle Federal Executive Board ADR Consortium, the Interlocal Conflict Resolution Group of King County, the Dispute Resolution Center of Snohomish County and a full member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. A recognized authority on dispute resolution topics, Ms. Knapp has taught and lectured nationwide for the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, federal government training seminars, and the University of Phoenix. Ms. Knapp holds a law degree from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado where she graduated phi beta kappa. Ms. Knapp is a former Board member of the Washington Environmental Council, a volunteer family mediator with local dispute resolution centers and has a special interest in non-violence and peace issues.
