Summary of Qualifications:

Donna F. Kramer is currently the Ombudsperson for the faculty and staff of Central Washington University. In this capacity Donna deals daily with concerns, issues and complaints that arise as a result of workplace stress and inter-personal conflicts. Her background as a federal mediator for US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the US Postal Service and the King County ADR Consortium assists her in bringing collaborative approaches to these workplace employment issues. Ms. Kramer is a certified trainer of basic & advanced interest-based negotiation Cooperative Problem Solving workshops based on the bestseller,  Getting to Yes. She is also a practitioner of Nonviolent Communication, a communication technique that supports and deepens a collaborative approach to dispute resolution.

Ms. Kramer is a member of The Ombuds Association, The University & College Ombuds Association & the Washington Mediation Association.
