Jim Pearman has extensive experience in non-profit, public, and private sector workplaces, as well as proven success in partnering any combination of the three towards collaborative outcomes. Mr. Pearman is Deputy Mayor and a two-term member of the Mercer Island, Washington City Council. He mediates for King County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. In the past he was President of Datum Management Inc., a company specializing in time management strategies, President and CEO of the East King County Convention and Visitors Bureau, a non-profit C-3 organization, as well as serving as Chairman of the Board on numerous other non-profit organizations nationally. Recently he co-chaired the public outreach for a new Mercer Island community center resulting in the construction of a $13.1 million facility. Affiliations: Mr. Pearman has a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington. He is currently serving on the Executive Committees of Suburban Cities Association (36 member cities), the Puget Sound Regional Council's Economic Development District, as well as the Mountains to Sound Greenway Board of Directors.
