Catherine Schatzel is an experienced mediator, trainer, group facilitator, and career counselor.  She brings with her over 20 years of experience working for the federal government in a variety of recruitment, staffing, and training positions including over 11 years as a personnel management specialist for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in Seattle.

Since leaving OPM, she has focused her training and work experience and has become a skilled mediator, coach, and trainer of new mediators, and became certified by the Washington Mediation Association (WMA) to mediate conflicts in Consumer, Community, Domestic Relations, Employment/Personnel, Intercultural Relations/Diversity, Labor Relations, and Landlord/Tenant issues.
