Cynthia J. Stewart has over 25 years experience leading innovative problem solving and conflict resolution processes in organizations of all sizes in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Stewart is a certified mediator and a skilled group facilitator. She specializes in mediative facilitation for development of public policy, promotion of organizational change, and for interest-based negotiation in labor-management committees and contract negotiations.
