Ginger Watson is an experienced trainer, group facilitator, and mediator. She has particular expertise in the very successful and results oriented appreciative inquiry process. She is also qualified to teach non-violent communication skills. Ms. Watson has a strong track record of supporting individuals and groups in conflict to come to mutually satisfying agreements. Ms. Watson received her J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1988. Since that time she has served both union and management clients as a labor lawyer and worked many years as a labor negotiator. She has extensive experience with both public and private sector employees, including uniformed personnel. In addition to her work as a trainer and mediator, Ms. Watson is also a certified personal and professional coach. With these skills she supports executives and managers in making their strategic visions become reality.
