Cultural Competency Training

Economic globalization, growing immigration, and a need to hire the best talent available have resulted in greater diversity in the workplace.  If managed constructively, diversity can be an invaluable organizational asset.  If managed poorly, however, diversity can and does lead to unnecessary conflict and decreased productivity.

Leaders and managers at every organization level can minimize conflict and enhance productivity by increasing their ability to effectively interact with individuals from different cultures.  This one-day, interactive workshop is designed to help attendees 1) increase awareness and understanding of cultural differences;
2) understand the potential positive or negative impact of cultural differences on organizations; 3) develop appropriate and effective strategies for managing cultural differences; and 4) learn and practice specific cross-cultural communication skills.

1 and 2 Hour Introductory Workshops
